Venus enters Libra. While it can seem that all is fine and moving forward, we may not realize that we're probably spiraling into a whole different direction; possibly by falling off the wagon. And with Venus (values, love, money) entering thoughtful Libra on Monday August 29; peace and balance could gain some new priority. Perhaps consequences from karmic lessons have turned on a light for a few of us, but personal pleasure could hold less concern now, as close connections may gain more interest and substance. Values will be shifting, from counting what we've been clutching onto; toward sharing and fairly investing into others. This delicate, but strong energy highlights a new appreciation for personal, romantic and professional relationships during the next four weeks, which also includes recognition for friendly social skills, peaceful negotiations, honesty, justice, support, equality and designing a better balance. On the shadow side, high opinions and judgement can rise, as well as opportunities in which one can learn how to become a better partner and support system.

Mercury retrograde. As we may become enlightened and want to start giving back and paying it forward, Mercury (thoughts, communications) will station retrograde on Tuesday August 30. We're entering a three week period where miscommunications, misunderstandings and confusion begin to increase. Mercury retrograde is a favorable time to just step back; to retreat, remember, re-figure, renegotiate and resolve what had recently failed us in our growth and advancement. Communications, letters, messages, phones, fax machines, technology items, appliances, vehicles and large machinery tend to fail and breakdown during this confusing time. We can also experience a walk down memory lane; possibly bumping into those that we lost touch with, or we may revisit an unresolved issue... again. But if we can embrace these incoming, head-scratching moments with a totally open-mind for both sides of the story (rather than half of the truth) during Mercury retrograde, we can actually learn how life got off track, by taking a deep look within.

Virgo New Moon/Solar Eclipse. With the New Moon/Solar Eclipse on Thursday, September 1, this timing can usually be a positive and magical time to dream, make wishes and create a better approach for new beginnings and fresh starts. But with the New Moon in Virgo, which is ruled by Mercury, which happens to be stationed retrograde... fantasizing and planting our seeds of intentions could get lost in translation - if we aren't being specific and crystal clear. A challenging Saturn influence will also demand much more from us at this time, rather than allow us to solely rely on hope and dreams with the Sun/Neptune opposition on Friday September 2. Yes of course, it's always good to know what we're hoping to create and build, but more importantly; we should understand how much we're willing to sacrifice and work it, in order to raise our status and frequency.

The powerful energy of this week's New Moon/Solar eclipse is incredibly intense, and maybe you've already felt it's heavy vibes in the past few weeks. An ocean of deep emotions are surfacing, which can trigger and magnetize chaos in break-ups, breakdowns or breakthroughs.
