PHONE READINGS… How do these work?

Simply call me during business hours. I’ll collect your payment information, while kindly walking you through the rest. If you reach my voicemail, I’m either off-schedule or busy with a client, try back in fifteen or twenty minutes. I use a reliable landline, which doesn’t send or receive texts. If you want to connect, leave me a voicemail or email me. To reserve time, contact me to schedule an appointment. Let me know 1) what day and if am/pm works for you, and 2) how long of a session you’re interested in. If you need to cancel, let me know. Too… it is your responsibility to call me at the time of your appointment. If I don’t hear from you within the first 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment, I will assume that you forgot, and move on to the next call… which means you’ll need to reschedule.

EMAIL READING, or a phone reading.. which is better?

There is no difference in the way that I do readings. I tend to include intuitive energy or psychic senses, while reading the tarot, sharing astrological insights, sensing vibrations and/or mentioning whatever signs and messages are received. Email readings provide a neat, little keepsake to look back on. Personally, I prefer phone readings - for a more intimate conversation with a human to human connection - which also allows for more questions and more answers. IN-PERSON, PSYCHIC PARTY/GROUP ENTERTAINMENT.

‘In-person, face-to-face’ group party readings are only serviced at your location - as I work from the privacy of my home; not a commercialized office building. In-person sessions became unavailable since the masking days of co-vid/variants. Although regulations have lifted, face-to-face/parties are ‘on hold’, since I’ve also become my aging mom’s caretaker. When I become available for face-to-face again - I’ll announce it in my blog.

How does your billing work?

I accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Debit/BankCards. The information required to authorize your card (while you wait), is your birthdate, full name, billing address, card number, expiration date, three digit security code, phone number and email address. Your private information is never solicited or sold. When your card is authorized, our time begins; then ends when we hang up. Sessions billed as: Starcana Life Guidance. I also accept PayPal, to prepay phone sessions, to prepay international english-speaking sessions, and to prepay ‘hold time’ for scheduled appointments.

What actually is a ‘billed session’?

Conversations/consultations that include readings, advice and guidance are free. What you’re actually paying me for, is my time. I provide a professional service that consists of quality, down-to-earth talk time, with intelligent conversation from a higher frequency. The timed-session may be used for an intuitive reading, practical advice, spiritual guidance, deep insight, friendly chat, nonjudgmental support of a sensitive matter, life mentoring, a listening ear and etc. However you choose to use your timed-session, is up to you. Since you’re paying for my time … refunds are not provided for time served.

What is ‘satisfaction guaranteed’?

To ensure satisfaction, I offer a mini 15 minute reading session. This short session supplies plenty of time for someone to sample the style of my work and service. I generously apply an automatic $10 discount to the first 15 minute phone session with me. So whether you’re pleased or still skeptic - you won’t need to worry about being taken advantage of. If you decide that you’d like more time to continue (provided that available space is available)… that same ten dollar discount will be knocked off of your total bill.

Are you a certified psychic?

I’ve had my own psychic experiences and intuitive knowings since youth (between three to five years old) - with clairvoyant dreams, paranormal experiences, nature and weather connections and energetic psychic senses throughout a lifetime of experiences. Although I prefer to consider myself a natural intuitive and sensitive, who works with empathy, clairaudience, clairsentience, divination tools like he tarot, astrology, numerology, messages, signs, etc… I’ve never been certified. I’ve been tested many times for my abilities before being employed for popular 900 psychic phone lines in the nineties, like: Psychic Readers Network, Dionne Warwick’s Psychic Friends Network, Mother Love, Brigitte Nielsen's Witches of Salem Network, Psychic Source, LaToya Jackson's Psychic Network and more. In experiencing what I do, energy and spirit happens when it wants to, not aways because of requests… which is the purpose of divination tools; to zone in and be a bit more specific. As a sample of my efforts, I’m a bit of a human ‘tuning fork’; who experiences intuitive earth vibrations which ‘predict'/forewarn’ of incoming earthstorm/earthquake events. I log the ‘intuitive time and date’ of what I’m sensing, then afterwards, I log when they happen on my Facebook Biz Page.

Are you 100% accurate with timing and predictions?

Although clients are satisfied with what are on-target timing and messages, my purpose is not about selling you an ‘accurate prediction’. I don’t do this work to predict as a ‘fortune-teller’, so I make no claims of 100% accuracy. I provide intuitive thoughts and feelings, with the potential of realistic options… while understanding that universe has its own speed and timing. I’m a long-time believer in free will and the universal law of karma. As I shine a light on the road up ahead, my mission is to help guide one through the potential challenges of a stormy path with awareness and transformation, rather than having someone become dependent on me for a prediction. I intend to inspire and motivate; to help empower you towards a successful transition with grace. Can you help me find something/someone?

Sorry, but I don’t work with ‘the lost and unfound’; whether this be locating an object, animal or individual. Although I’ve had clients who were satisfied with what I sensed, I just don’t feel comfortable working this way. If a real concern or danger exists, please contact your local authorities.

Can I ask a free question? I’m afraid of being overcharged and scammed.

Yes. I’m the founder, the owner and only person that you’ll ever speak with.

How long have you been self-employed & in business?

Once upon a time, I had a dream to be a wife, a mom, a dog mom and a business owner, who worked from home, caring for my family and work - on my own schedule. I began writing my own paychecks a lot more seriously in 1995, when I left the corporate world and became a free-lancing, self-employed graphic artist…. while working as an independent contractor for a variety of popular 1-900-psychic hotlines. As the internet and virtual businesses grew, so did my dream career as a business owner. Eventually, Starcana, Inc was born and became a legally registered and incorporated business. My intentions to help and provide guidance for others, became a long-term business, with a professional and reliable service.

Are reading sessions recorded?

I don’t record private phone conversations. Basically, I need my intuitive work to flow easily; without being interrupted (and intimidated) with unpredictable technical issues. Basically, I’m an old-school sensitive, who prefers the one-on-one, human experience and the energetic connection.

What is your specialty?

Since Venus is the ruler of my astrological chart, I enjoy topics of general relationships with friends, family and work, along with romantic love affairs and matters of the heart. As a youthful people-watcher and metaphysical enthusiast since childhood, I’ve always had an intense interest in ‘how and why’ we all think and operate as we do… from families issues, marriage advice, dating questions, understanding adolescents, sibling rivalry, friendships, co-workers, romances, secret/sexual affairs, relationships, the estranged, etc and so on. Discussions that involve self-analyzation, personal development, change, deep transformation and inner enrichment are also on the top of my list. Know thyself first.

Can I send you a photo to help with the reading?

 Absolutely.

My questions are super sensitive, as well as awkward & embarrassing... Is there anything that you won’t talk about?

I’m here to listen, help and guide - not intimidate, judge or shame. We all have our own unique journey of preferences, burdens and personal ways of surviving. Private secrets are my business… but I don’t engage in illegal topics, and I don’t advise in health, medicine, finances or legal issues - because I am not professionally trained in these areas.

How can I get the most from my reading?

Be present. Put driving, shopping and work on hold during our quality time together. Listen to what you need to know, instead of what you hope to hear. Take notes. Keep track of your time. Write out your questions before the session. If on a budget, ask burning questions upfront. Be mindful and respectful of your time… and mine.

Do you accept tips, gifts, donations, testimonials or reviews of your service?

How often should I get a reading?

Readings are generally good up to three, six, or twelve months; which varies on the change or development of your situation. As a reader, I work as an oracle or messenger, as well as a teacher or mentor to help and empower you to get through with whatever you’re currently dealing with - with no interest to keep you helpless or dependent on me or the readings.

Are psychics and psychic readings evil? 

Readings are conducted by people and their choice of tools. As an example, tarot cards are made of paper and trees, not evilness. It is the heart of the reader that controls the intention of the reading. Kind hearts help others, while unkind hearts help themselves. Do your homework before handing over your credit card. I’m truthful and conscious of my own crap, with intentions to help empower. Do your homework as I encourage you to get to know me by reading what I share on my website, and what clients share. I’m a humble servant of the earth and cosmos who creates awareness for clarity, motivation, healing, grace, love, peace and balance. While I’ve been labeled as an angel, a witch and even the devil’s daughter (HAHAHA, yes really!!)… what other’s think of me is none of my business. I’m a reflection of what’s in one’s heart.

Can you give me a quick fix?

You are the only person who can fix yourself. I don’t promote ‘quick fixes’. No magical gypsy, celebrity psychic, spiritual hoodoo, best friend, or family member has the power to control or fix you. I don’t sell magical crystals, special powders, spellbinding candles, etc to control you or anyone else. I don’t demand that you continue with my service to purchase never-ending readings. I will not tell you that I can heal you for bundles of cash. I don’t tell you what you want to hear, but what you NEED to hear. I adore woo-woo, hocus-pocus and magickal divination tools for illumination, education and fun - but when it comes to the seriousness of solving real problems for healing - I include a higher frequency of truth; avoiding any trickery or false hope. In a very ‘down to earth’ style and conversation, I will share how to work with what you have - in order to harmonize with yourself and the universe - and not rely on hundreds of psychic readings. ‘True and real’ is how I roll.

Do you remove curses?

I do not remove curses. I don’t sell magical crystals. I don’t promise that trinkets will bring love, good health or miracles into your life. I won’t take advantage of your desperation or your savings account.

Do you believe in God?

Although raised Roman Catholic, my curiosity and intrigue continued to expand toward knowledge, philosophy and spirituality during my exploration into areas of psychic intuition, tarot, astrology, yoga, wicca, paganism, witchcraft, hinduism, buddhism and other divine metaphysical practices. Like a cat with nine lives (my Leo Moon), I’ve had a lifetime of experiences filled with mistakes, lessons and blessings - which all taught me, saved me and raised me. I believe in Nature, God, Goddess, the Gods, Universe, Buddha, Jesus, Angels, Guides, Self, Higher Power, Divine Source, Spirit, Messages, Prayers, Energy, Love and Oneness. I believe in the heavenly cosmos, truth, science, grace, peace, kindness, decency and respect for humans, animals, living beings and nature. I believe in individuality, unity, respect and balance.
