Cancer Full Moon. Sensitivities, feelings and buried memories are floating toward the surface as the emotionally-charged Cancer Full Moon rises Monday evening, January 1. This is also a Super Moon, which will be closer and much brighter in light - illuminating what has remained hidden and in the dark. The Moon is comfortable in her natural home of domestic Cancer. New Moon intentions will come to a peak at this time. Vulnerabilities shall be exposed. Secrets, feelings and internal surroundings will also be revealed; reflected in how we domestically nurture and care for family, loved ones, home, and our personal wellbeing. If we're paying close attention, we can catch a glimpse of a new truth being birthed.
We'll crave our special cozy place; where we can hide from the rest of the world, to relax. We'll feel hungry for that kind, gentle someone; where we feel heard and deeply understood. Then there will be those who simply participate in the art of mothering... caring for others, offering homemade comfort foods, lending a listening ear, sharing the comforts of our home, giving affection, healing and blessings with unconditional love.
